Responsible AI Leadership for High-Trust Professions

Candice is an AI ethics and governance consultant specializing in the responsible integration of artificial intelligence in human-services settings.  Her work focuses on helping organizations in high-trust sectors such as professional regulation, healthcare, social services, education, and related fields adopt AI in ways that are ethical, practical, and aligned with professional obligations.  Candice supports leaders and teams in navigating the real-world risks of AI - privacy and confidentiality, informed consent, bias and inequity, documentation integrity, and vendor accountability - while ensuring technology strengthens, rather than undermines, trust and quality of care.

Candice brings over two decades of experience across mental health practice, education, organizational leadership, and professional and regulatory governance.  Her work includes senior governance and policy leadership within regulated professional environments, authorship of professional guidance on ethical AI use, and advisory support to organizations developing AI policies, training programs, and implementation strategies.  Candice operates at the intersection of ethics, regulation, and operational practice - translating complex requirements into clear, defensible frameworks that teams can apply with confidence.
